چکیده
During the initial period of straw return, a suitable return technology can lay foundation for long-term soil fertility improvement. This study focused on issues backward and blind fertilizer application in southern part maize-producing area Northeast Plain China. In this study, two modes (2-year no-tillage cover + 1-year deep loosening burying returning mode, NPT; 3-year rotary tillage RT), with RT mode as control, were combined different N rates (0, 192, 240 kg/ha). The changes organic carbon (SOC) its active components (MBC, DOC, LOC) 0–40 cm layer analyzed, stratification rate, pool index (CPI), SOC storages each component, maize yield calculated to evaluate short-term (3-year) differences quantity quality order find methods nitrogen rate combinations. results showed that NPT increased MBC content 20–30 layer, an increase 16.2% 37.8% 23.0% 50.3%, respectively, compared mode. Under stability was higher after addition, CPI value 10.2% 20–40 not significant (p < 0.05) between 192 kg/ha kg/ha, but did show changes. storage had highest under kg/ha. Therefore, we thought that, early stage priming effect caused by microbial activity Considering aspects affecting improving stability, it is recommended use return.

Effects of Deep Tillage and Straw Returning on Soil Microorganism and Enzyme Activities
Two field experiments were conducted for two years with the aim of studying the effects of deep tillage and straw returning on soil microorganism and enzyme activity in clay and loam soil. Three treatments, (1) conventional tillage (CT), shallow tillage and straw returning; (2) deep tillage (DT), deep tillage and straw returning; and (3) deep tillage with no straw returning (DNT), were carried ...

Modelling tillage and nitrogen fertilization effects on soil organic carbon
1 Agricultural management plays an important role in global warming mitigation due to 2 its effects on soil organic carbon (SOC) dynamics. In Mediterranean agroecosystems, 3 the interactive effects of tillage and N fertilization on SOC storage have scarcely been 4 studied. Hence, we here present a modelling study in which the effects of both tillage 5 and N fertilization on SOC dynamics are inv...
متن کاملTillage effects on soil organic carbon distribution and storage in a silt loam soil in Illinois
Interest in tillage impacts on sequestration of soil organic carbon (SOC) has increased greatly during recent years. The use of reduced and no-tillage (NT) practices generally increases the SOC concentration in surface few centimeters when compared to conventionally tilled soils. However, use of conservation tillage does not always result in increased SOC storage overall. The effects of sample ...
متن کاملWeed Control Using Conventional Tillage, Reduced Tillage, No-Tillage, and Cover Crops in Organic Soybean
Soybean field experiments were performed to investigate the weed-suppressing effects of different tillage systems and cover crop mulches at two locations in southwest Germany during 2014 and 2015. The influence of three different tillage systems on weed control efficacy, soybean plant density, and crop yield was determined. In the no-till system (NT), two different cover crops, (rye and barley)...
